PRICE INCLUDES:

• All entrance mentioned in itinerary.

• 1 x bottle (500ml) water per person per day

PRICE EXCLUDES:

• All extras of personal nature.

• International and Domestic flights.

• Meals not indicated in the itinerary.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• Participants will be expected to pay a deposit of 40% of land package not later than 12 weeks before arrival.

• The balance of the tour price and other cost must be paid not later than 4 weeks before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If a reservation is cancelled, a cancellation fee will be charged and will be determined as follows:

1. Cancellation until 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price

2. Cancellation until 21 days before arrival: 80% of the total tour price

3. Cancellation from 7 – 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total tour price
