NANCY LIEBERMAN

As a former teacher, social worker, and health care executive, Nancy has always had the well being of others top of mind. She is the founder of GO! St. Louis, which began in 2000. She spent 16 years leading the organization, growing the nonprofit from a single marathon weekend to a year-round community wellness leader. Nancy has created innovative programs and events that have received national acclaim while inspiring thousands of people to get to get active. 

As a world-class, age-group athlete Nancy has completed dozens of marathons and triathlons, including five Ironman and Ironman 70.3 World Championships. She offers her time on civic boards and several committees and has been honored by national and regional organizations. She is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 


ERIC SASS

Eric is retired following a career spanning more than four decades in leadership and public broadcasting. He spent more than 30 years with PBS and in the public broadcasting field before joining Healthy Companies International, where he worked for 10 years. Throughout his career, Eric brought extensive experience in organizational leadership, communications, and the media sector. In retirement, he enjoys spending as much time as possible sailing along the Maine coast and beyond.


MARIBETH CARROLL

Maribeth is an experienced human capital advisor who has worked closely with executive management teams to develop and implement strategies that align people and organizational priorities with broader business goals. Her expertise includes navigating complex business challenges, building strong relationships, assessing organizational dynamics, and leading organizational change.

Throughout her career, Maribeth has also developed extensive experience in senior-level talent acquisition and complex negotiations. Known for a thoughtful and strategic approach, she has helped organizations strengthen leadership teams, address evolving workforce needs, and successfully manage periods of change.


KARYN TRADER-LEIGH

An experienced executive coach and international development professional, Karyn has built a career focused on leadership development, capacity building, and organizational effectiveness. Her work spans the private sector, nonprofit organizations, education systems, and government, with expertise in executive coaching, inclusive practices and equity, strategic partnerships, development funding, and grant writing. She has also supported international coach certification and leadership training through organizations including Lambent, Integral Coaching Canada, and ACM.

Karyn’s international studies have taken her across Europe and Asia, with coursework and programs focused on economic reform and trade development in China, multilateral institutions at the United Nations in Vienna, emerging economies in Hungary, European manufacturing strategies in Germany, and European integration. This international perspective has informed a career dedicated to strengthening leaders, organizations, and partnerships across sectors and cultures.


MATT HILL

Matt is a growth-focused CEO and commercial strategist with 20+ years leading innovation across sports, media, and tech. He has a proven track record of scaling startups, driving revenue, building global partnerships and closing investor funding. He is a culture leader with a reputation for injecting passion and purpose while building consensus across stakeholders. He has been recognized in Sports Business Journal’s Forty Under 40, and he is a trusted advisor to multiple boards and Fortune 500 brands.


DAVID NATHAN

David represents individuals and public and private businesses in complex commercial litigations in federal and state court, as well as in arbitrations and mediations, and regularly represents clients in disputes involving real estate, business ownership issues, business formation and operation, employment, breach of duty, contract issues, fraudulent conveyances and wills and estates. He also counsels clients on various corporate, licensing, employment and real estate matters. David began his legal career in the litigation group at Barrett Smith Schapiro Simon & Armstrong in 1982 where he handled a variety of civil litigation, white collar defense and corporate investigations. He founded his own law firm in 1989, expanding upon his commercial and real estate litigation practice, and serving as outside general counsel to a variety of businesses. David joined Levin & Glasser in 2002.
