A native of Washington, D.C., he has been living in New York, NY for 13 years. After receiving his BA from Columbia University in 2001, Matt spent five years in public relations and corporate communications at the National Football League, before returning to Columbia to complete his MBA with a focus in marketing and media management. Matt has been active in fundraising for Global Camps Africa and other non-profits like Save Darfur and uNight, having organized multiple events to raise money and awareness for each of their causes.
